I. Description/Objective:

If you've ever played The Legend of Zelda for the nintendo (or any
derivitaves) as a little tyke, then you probably know how to play the game
already, so you can skip to the controls section. As for those of you who are
new to zelda, this little section may come in handy.

That little guy you're controlling is -not- named Zelda. His name's Link. The
"Zelda" referred to in the title is the name of the princess that most
adventure games seem to have. You live in a kingdom called Hyrule with your
standard adventure game monarchy government.

All that is good and pure in this kingdom is not "the force" but a triforce.
The triforce is a triangle that is the center of the universe. It keeps the
galaxies aligned, because coexisting on this planet is the Dark World. Think
of it as Hyrule after Armageddon. So one must keep the triforce safe to keep
the nasty Dark World away.

That aside, go play a little! You'll learn more story and history of Hyrule
as you play through the game.

II. INSTALLATION (easy as 1,2,3)

1) Make sure you have ASH v3.0(or CrASH v1.5) or greater installed on your calculator
2) Send ZELDA.82P to your Ti-82
3) Run ASH(or CrASH), then select "ZELDA" and hit enter

III. CONTROLS:

Game...
[Directional Pad] - move Link
... chests/doors are opened by bumping them while facing up
[2nd] - attack with sword
[Alpha] - Use item
[MORE] - map/triforce/items
	 ... general status screen
[Exit] - exit

Pause Screen...
[Directional Pad] - Move cursor
[2nd] - Change item
[Exit] - Resume game
[Clear] - Exit Game

IV.TIPS:

One thing you want to learn to do is move, strike, move, strike. When you
whack an enemy back it's a good chance he'll move towards you. So hit him and
then attack from another side. This comes in particularily handy when you face
the boss of the first dungeon.

Learn to use that boomerang! Once you find it, it becomes your best friend.
If it hits an enemy they are temporarily stunned so you can hit them without
them becoming a threat to you.

If all else fails, find a nice concrete wall and hurl your 82 at it repeatedly
until it shatters. Note, we are in NO WAY responsible for damage done to your
82 because you were stupid enough to take us seriously.

V. SPECIAL THANKS To (in no particular order):
Movax - for the sprite routine
Jimmy Mardell - for the random number routine
       Nintendo - for creating Zelda
Marat Fayzullin - for the VGB emulator

And all the other *not so* little people out there!
