New for this version:
---------------------
Down-left freeze fixed
New texture engine, no more random textures
texture editor -may take some getting used to
textured tracks are almost as fast as normal tracks now.
improved and shortened code

Game Controls
-------------
Left/Right -move left and right
2ND -Accelerator (Only on certian tracks)
ALPHA -Brakes (Only on cerian tracks)
EXIT -Quit

 |Texture editor -although the original code is shorter, the texture
 | editor takes up space.
 |--------------
 |left/right/up/down -move cursor
 |2ND -change pixel
 |EXIT -Exit game without saving texture
 |ENTER -Save texture and go to intro screen.
 | Saved exactly as it looks on the screen.

Scoring
-------
After you travel 20 pixels your score will be increased
Your new score = old score + (Speed/8) +1

For certian tracks(track 2,track 5, and possibly track 6):
When you use the brakes, your score is decreased by one point
It is wise not to use the breaks because the car decelerates on its own.

General Game info
-----------------
-Textures-
There are solid black background tracks and there are "textured" tracks.
The textured tracks(Track 3 and possibly track 6) slow the game down espescially
when you get to turns. Some of my beta testers saw this as a feature because
it gives it a jerky, whiplash effect.

-Speed-
If the track speed is not controlled by the user then the track will
adjust it's speed whenever it wants.

External Tracks
---------------
In this version you have to have tracks as programs. To use them,
just run them and then run whiplash and go to track 6.

-To make your own tracks-
To make your own tracks, you must have tasm or Assembly Studio 86.
They are both free so just download them and follow the instructions in
the source code for the other tracks that I put in this zip.

BUGS
-------------
I tried to get a true external track system going but I failed.

Next version
------------
The next version is dependent on user input. If people have interest in this game
then I would hope that they would e-mail me because I have no other
way of knowing what everyone thinks and what they want.

Note to programmers:
If someone knowledgeable with assembly would like to see true external levels in
strings then please tell me if you can help. I got some of it figured
out but I can't find more than one of the variables and successfully
read the levels into the TrackData.
